1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise accessing any Turkoz Digital product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services Description

Turkoz Digital provides a portfolio of digital products including, but not limited to:

• SaaS platforms — subscription-based web applications delivered via the internet
• Digital downloads — software, templates, and other digital goods delivered electronically
• Mobile apps — applications distributed through mobile app marketplaces
• Automation tools — AI-powered and workflow-based tools accessible via web interfaces or APIs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

• Not share your credentials with any third party
• Not create more than one account per person

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Certain services are offered on a paid basis. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the prices in effect at the time of your purchase
• Provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge that payment method
• For subscriptions: charges will recur at the stated billing interval (monthly or annually) until you cancel
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with Turkoz Digital products and services are the exclusive property of Turkoz Digital or its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business or personal purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer any portion of our products without our express written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turkoz Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at iletisim@turkoz.digital or through account settings where available. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund on digital product purchases if you are not satisfied, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• The refund applies to digital downloads and first-time subscription payments
• Refunds for renewals of subscriptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests where abuse of the policy is suspected

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice within our services. Your continued use of our services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
